Hand-entering. I'm not logged in (guest checkout mode).

Thanks, @njcyx; I'll use your instructions to attempt to reproduce.

Thanks. I just tried to logged in and it is good there. No matter I changed my billing address from the dropdown box, or manually entered the billing address, the quote on the right is unchanged. So this issue is only for the guest checkout mode (not logged in).

I've gone to the test site (https://vinosdefrutastropicales.com/zc157_bs4) using my sister's iPhone, added an item to the cart, went to guest-checkout and the DOB (05/31/1970) was accepted.

I have no idea why your devices' entry is different, but if you'll do the same as above with the devices that are not accepting the date-of-birth that will help me 'see' what is going on.

Hi Cindy, I noticed a couple of strange occurrences with guest checkout I wanted your opinion on. ZC version 1.5.7c, OPC version 2.3.10

    1st occurrence.
On the install process of this module, it creates a "Guest Customer, **do not remove**" entry in the admin>customers>customers. When I checked on this Guest Customer I noticed it has orders in it from various people placing orders in my store using the guest checkout, so I assumed all guest orders would be recorded on that guest customer. However today we got an order from someone using the guest checkout, but this guest customer somehow got registered on the database as a normal customers registering for an account would, with its unique ID and all instead of using the Guest Customer as its entry. I thought maybe I had this customer registered already, but no, the account registration was created today while placing the order using guest checkout. So now I'm confused on how the module records the customer when placing an order using the guest checkout, is it using the Guest Customer in the database for it, or is it registering a new customer every time and somehow it was functioning improperly before? Haven't changed anything since installing the new store and this module other than cosmetic changes back in January before opening the store to the public. Any ideas why this happened?

    2nd occurrence.
The second occurrence is related to the one above. The customer that placed the order using guest checkout whose account registered as a regular customer, had to enter its gender (male/female) for the form to process. However on my end, when checking the customer the salutation field is blank. It didn't record its gender in the database. Could I have stumbled on a bug?

    Thanks for the help.

The current version of OPC is 2.4.1. I believe that each of the issues you've identified have been rectified in the releases since 2.3.10.

red flag Re: One-Page Checkout [Support Thread]

    hi cindy,

I have just installed OPC 2.4.1 on 1.5.7d running PHP 7.4 and I am getting this after card details have been entered and when clicking 'confirm order'

Your order's details have changed. Please review the current values and re-submit.

So I entered my card details again, and when I reconfirm the order, it goes through without a problem.
