One-Page Checkout [Support Thread]

I've just submitted v2.3.7 of One Page Checkout for the Zen Cart moderators' review; I'll post back here when it's available for download.

This release contains changes associated with the following GitHub issues:

#283: Prevent blank page on first load before Admin installation.
#284: Prevent PHP Notice (uninitialized array) on information sidebox.
#285: Prevent JS alert when no shipping options are available.
#287: Add 'required' to form fields on the orders_status page.
#290: Prevent 'Free shipping over' message when it's free shipping over $0.00.

Please note: The admin version will display v2.3.7-beta2 due to my finger-check!

I just installed OPC on a new 1.5.7b install with Square as the only payment method. Everything seems to work except there are no fields to take the credit card info.
https://pegasuspublishing.com/ztest. I'm almost done modifying the template and I'd like to go live next weekend if i can get this fixed. HELP!

I've just upgraded to 1.5.7b and your OPC v2.3.7 and just have a layout query. Where can I modify the text in the shipping method form at guest checkout, please - see image below

What is the best way to stop the payment modules loading/deactivate the jscript check if the credit (gv) covers the total?

I hacked the old way of checking out in 1.3 and although I appreciate this would probably be a hack, I find customers find it odd that they still have to pointlessly supply card details to checkout when their credit covers the total.
