    I am sorry - my fingers and my mind seldom go in the same direction - I do not receive an error unless it is somewhere I dont know to look -They just dont qppear in the mail box - I messed with my email settings in Admin and they cam thru for like a day then nothing.

    I will check out the log.

    I have checked the Mydebug - and there are not error logs on the days the emails should have arrived.

    Do you mean that zencart is sending emails and you are able to receive them via the cpanel webmail interface but that is a pain? (yes, I agree that is a pain)

    But your emails that are being transmitted by zencart just are not showing up in your desktop email client software (outlook, thunderbird, etc) which is much more convenient?

    That is about right EXCEPT - I am using the gmail and the att bucket and not thunderbird or outlook. And the lowstock appears on a regular basis but not the others - I am wondering if this is a Bluehost problem as suggested by Riomaha.
