Add me to the list. I am having the same problem. I started getting this yesterday:
We could not initiate your transaction because of a system scripting error. Please report this error to the Store Owner: PAYEEZY-FDTOKEN-MISSING
URL is midwestglobalgroup.com, Payzeey version 0.93.
Your problems are multifold:
- the winchester template is one in a series of templates that has historically distributed old files not compatible with ZC v1.5.5 ... so that could be a contributor
- I can see on https pages of your site that you're getting "insecure content failed to load" because your jquery-easing plugin is loading from a cdn over http instead of https
- you're using a javascript/css minifier of some sort, which might be mangling the javascript used by the payeezy js module. For troubleshooting i usually suggest turning such things off until you've ruled them out. Also remove scripts one by one until the problem goes away; then start putting them back to identify which one is causing the problem, and take action accordingly.
The Payeezy JS module requires that there be NO javascript errors happening on your site, else it will fail to operate.
This is not a problem with the Payeezy module as far as I can tell at this point.

Yeah, I switched it to live mode for a test, but still came up. Ended up just moving towards the hosted Firstdata Payment system as a fallback for now until I can get the kinks worked out of the gateway.
I couldn't find anything in debugger, is there something else I can run to look to see I there's a JS issue that's causing it to be unhappy?
I'm getting the FDTOKEN missing error.
Zen is 1.3.9. If I enter any number in the _fdtoken form fieldfield, I can get to Confirm order page.
I have no javascript errors. Jquery is loading because my popup images running jquery work fine.
The Payeezy/Card Connect rep says I do not need a TA_TOKEN. There is an additional charge to add a TA_TOKEN according to the account rep.
API keys are activated and correct.
What else is there to check?
Yes, all is set to Live. Keys are from the LIve tab in Payeezy developer pages.
When looking at the form fields on the page, the _fdtoken field is blank, which I believe is what the code is checking for. This happens before it checks to see if any API keys are missing.
I'm using Payeezy .94.
I cannot tell if the code is even attempting to contact the Payeezy url. Is there some kind of flag I can set to check this?
Same result with .97
