    Default Re: Payeezy error PAYEEZY-FDTOKEN-MISSING

The token is set via javascript.
When the submit button is clicked, the card details are sent to Payeezy via javascript, and when the response comes back the token field is set and filled with the response. Then the form gets submitted to your server for processing. If the javascript encounters an error or fails to get a valid response then the token will not be present, hence the token error you're reporting.
The javascript will also fail to get a valid token if the necessary configuration values are invalid or missing.

    Thanks, I appreciate your reply.

Unfortunately, I found that the ta_token is required contrary to my Card Connect representatives understanding. Removing the ta_token string from the API call still showed the invalid ta_token message.

There is an additional charge for us to activate that string. It's less then 2 cents USD per transaction. Still, it's like buying shoes and being charged for shoe laces.

Our account rep set up the TA_TOKEN and we now have successful transactions.
