ZC v1.50 and PHP 5.0, Can't login to Admin suddenly

I'm pretty sure the admin password is correct, i suddenly can't login into admin, no error messages display
I'm using zen cart 1.50 and PHP 5.0
any help?

PHP 5.0? I don't think so; your PHP version is going to have 3 numbers, e.g. 5.6.24. The middle number for PHP 5.x.y is significant for your oldy-moldy version of Zen Cart (there have been many newer releases of Zen Cart since then).

I am experiencing the same problem...I am not able to log into my admin site. I'm using version 1.5 and PHP 5.4. When I enter the username and password (which is correct I'm positive), then click "Login", the site spins for about 10 or more seconds, then returns to the login screen. The following is added on the end of the URL:
/login.php?camefrom=index.php

Does your webhost's cPanel provide you with a tool to control the version of PHP used on your site? If so, you should down-level your PHP version to something less than PHP 5.4 while you plan to upgrade your site to the most recent Zen Cart version.

My choices for PHP are 5.4, 5.5 or 5.6. I'm at the lowest php version allowable via c-panel already.
This login trouble began yesterday, after I had logged into the admin in the morning and processed a couple of orders. When I tried to log back into the site to process another order, this "looping" began. I was on the phone with godaddy yesterday but their csr couldn't determine the problem. Any help would be Greatly appreciated!
