How can certain products only be shipped via UPS

Is there any way to flag certain products to only be shipped via UPS?

And what is to happen if a cart contains a mix of items? There's a lot of commenting in the usps module that identifies locations where the module can be disabled based on selected/entered criteria. For your situation, usps should be prevented if the product is in your "UPS" only list.

If multiple products are on the order and one is UPS only then all products must go UPS.

In our case, we use weight and set the weight on the FedUPS only items so that all USPS methods are removed from the customer's shipping choices when the weight exceeds that limit. 7 pounds in our case.

Doesn't require any code editing and is just part of the USPS setup for the various classes offered. It does require all products to have a weight associated whether real or ficticious.
