    That sounds like a check/warn (or fail?) condition that should be "looked for" by future zc_install handling!

    Oh and Jim, Just to let you and everyone else know, I'm running my server with Centos 7 with suphp and my client sites run fine on it.

    @lat9 awesome idea! i will update my fork and take a crack at it.... seems easy enough....

    also, i have not looked at v160 as of late, but will also be a good opportunity to combine the 2 enable error logging scripts... the one on admin side and the one on the customer facing side.

    They're different for a reason: The admin-side logs use myDEBUG-adm- as a prefix while the storefront uses only myDEBUG- as the prefix.

    Not to say they can't be combined, but that difference should remain since the -adm- version of the logs contain the site's admin-folder name.

    yes, i am aware of that; but IMHO it's hardly a reason for duplicate code. as you are no doubt aware, the IS_ADMIN_FLAG can easily accommodate that condition.
