GST only being charged in Alberta

I found out my GST is only being charged for AB (Alberta province). I have my GST for Canada setup with all the provinces as SUB Zones. I went thru old orders and one from BC actually had GST charged but I noticed it was shipping to an AB address so that explained it.

To clarify , I stlill have a the issue. The example I gave about the BC order which was shipped to AB only shows that it only charges GST to AB shipping sites. It is not a solution. I still have the problem. Any suggestions?

Can anybody help? My system is only charging GST for customers in the province of Alberta which also is my home province. I have redefined taxes numerous times using individual provinces and ALL provinces but it still only charges GST for customers shipping to an Alberta address. I am not concerned about provincial taxes just the federal GST tax? Version 1.50
