Please help I am locked out of cpanel

I am locked out of my cpanel I was trying to change the password because I had someone work on it
but I don't think this is related to the person working on it, but some lady contacted me knowing all this
stuff about my website and what it needed and all this stuff so I thought you know I think I need to get
my password changed I went it and when I tried to change it , it said the password was strong and then
had an error of: Authentication token manipulation error
now I can't get in it at all. I have tried everything can someone help or guide me to where I could go to find help? thanks so much

Will need to contact your website host to resolve this issue.

As to being contacted about your site, it may have been a "form" message, though depending on your install there may have been files left behind that can identify what version of ZC you are using and there are other "tell-tales" about each version that can give away certain aspects if one is truly trying to determine the version or at least information when tried can identify that it is more recent than a particular version...
