v154 Table Rate calculating wrong?

Hi,

I'm having problems with the Table Rate shipping module. I've set a product weight to 0.005 and I've set the shipping table to "0.05:2.75,0.25:7.4". When I estimate the shipping on the item it says "Table Rate (13 x 0.23lbs) (Best Way) $96.20"

I'm selling some very light weight items, this product is 5g. The shipping options available to me are upto 50g it costs $2.75, upto 250g its $7.40 - so in this case the Table Rate should charge $2.75 unless I've purchased 10 or more.

Any help would be appreciated
