Cannot add a customer

The page loads and the bottom with Submit button is missing. The error log says the following:

PHP Warning: array_merge(): Argument #1 is not an array in /home/richardob50/public_html/cart/my_admin_folder/customers.php on line 1160

Other areas all seem to be working. I can add categories & products so the database is working. I have done a db test and have no problems. The installation is brand new as of yesterday.

Because that is an admin error log and it's contents have been posted in full, recommend changing your admin directory name.

As far as the error, it appears that the customer(s) have not entered an entry_country_id which is why the first parameter has come back as not being an array. That said, line 1160 on github is actually a blank line just before the array_merge that is supposed to provide $customer_info.

Thank you for the quick response, however, I changed the admin folder to another name and nothing changed. Any other suggestions?

The problem is not the the customer entering an idea, the page when it loads is the problem. I keep getting the following:


WARNING: An Error occurred, please refresh the page and try again.

You don't even see a SUBMIT button at the bottom of the page as the page haesn't loaded correctly.

Correction, are there any countries entered into your database? I'll be back with a way to try to identify that answer.

No, there are no countries in the database. I get the same error message as I get when trying to add a customer.

How was this install performed? Was it a one-click through your host or was it installed from a fresh fileset downloaded from this site?

What encoding are you using? UTF8 or latin1?

For general information, the above screen text is not the real error message (information captured in the myDebug file), just that an error occurred and that it is basically database interface related.
