    Default Cannot receive email

    Goodmorning,

    I am setting up a webshop for a friend of mine at a free hosting server. I am having a problem with receiving email. I cannot receive test-emails that I have been send through the admin or by placing a test-order. When I try to place a test-order or an email through the admin, then I receive the message that the email has been send, but I do not receive anything.
    Could this be, because of the free hosting server? Or could it be that some setting are wrong?

    I hope that you could help me..

    Could be a lot of things. Free hosting might be the issue. Might be the email mode you've set it to.

    What version of Zen Cart did you install?

    Remember: if there is no error message when sending the email out, then that means Zen Cart was able to hand it off to the email server for delivery, and then after that if it never arrives then it's because the email server had problems delivering it.
