    Default Problem With Advanced Shipper

    We have Advanced Shipper v6.1 installed on our site & have it configured so that only the highest postage rate of mixed methods is applied.

    i.e. Product in Method 1 postage is £2.75
    Product in Method 2 postage is £3.95
    Product in Method 3 postage is £7.95
    Product in Method 4 postage is £15.00.

    If an item is purchased from Method 1 & an item from Method 3, then only the highest postage rate of £7.95 would apply.

    This has worked successfully for the past 3 months however recently a problem has developed.

    In the products listing in Methods 2, 3 & 4 a column of delete buttons appeared in a few random places in the products lists.
    I can delete these deletes however it seems that each delete button has replaced a product & I don't know what the product is until a customer tries to order it & can't complete the order because no shipping option shows.
    When I come to add a new product to Method 2, 3 or 4 (or re-add one which was replaced by a delete button) a new delete button appears randomly further up the products list!

    I haven't made any changes & don't know why this has started happening & how to stop it from keeping happening.

    That version of the commercial module was provided by JsWeb, they should be contacted to resolve/address.

    Thanks for your reply.
    Yes, JSWeb installed & configured it for us but for them to fix it is billable - just hoping there was a solution that someone knew of that I'd be able to work at myself.

    If it was working fine, what suddenly changed to make this happen? Are there any debug files in the logs folder?

    Thank you for your reply.
    JSWeb have managed to sort it for us - without billing
    There was an imbalance in our database between the number of products & the number of product descriptions due to additional language, but non-existent descriptions. (I'm quoting from JSWeb here).
    They deleted these & all apears to be ok now, but i've had to re-add many items to the Advanced Shipper
    Don't know why it started happening now though ..............
