Weird Attribute Controller listing not consistant

It is hard to explain and easier to see.

Basically when all the options are added and priced within attributes, Attribute controller is showing items listed with missing 'amounts' ..Not all ..some and this is the weird part.

I have attached 1 (wrong) and 2 (correct) listing. Any ideas why this happens?

I have deleted the attributes then re added but results are the same.

Ok I figured it out why.

When I first added the items to category, I forgot to check :

Product Priced by Attributes: [x] (this was the cause)

and No, Do not show Quantity Box: [x] Not that this would make any difference.
