Twitch Discount Coupon Search

You can now search and find all recorded Discount Coupons / Vouchers.

Description:
This module will add a search bar to the Discount Coupons landing page in Admin and allow you to search a host of coupon criteria.

- coupon id
- coupon type (S, P, F, E, O, ***)
- coupon code
- coupon amount
- coupon status (Y, N, A)
- coupon expiration date (YYYY)
- coupon name
- coupon description

This does not interfere with regular viewing/editing functions so you can simply point and click to edit the coupons as you like.

I've also included the fix for the known bug - All Discount Coupons Dropdown - returns blank results.

- This will work with ZC v1.51 - 1.5x - the line numbers may be off a bit in the instructions.
