Increase Order Status Comments" field

I have recently added the stamps.com plugin. Everything seems to be working. Orders are importing, emails are sent containing the tracking information, the order status is changed and the tracking information is imported into the Order_Status table. The problem that I'm having is that the tracking information does not appear in the Order status comments screen in the Admin > Orders and in the customers' "My Account" order history screens. The beginning text "shipped USPS via Stamps.com" appears but not the tracking # even thought that text with tracking # appears in the Comments field of the Order_Status_History table. How do I get the entire comment to appear? (the field type in the SQL table is medium text if that helps).

What's the customer_notified value for that record? I suspect it's been set to a value that hides it from the customer but only lets the admin see it.

Actually, it would be helpful if you'd list all records from orders_status_history for that order, with all their fields and values.
