    Default Sorry, we are not accepting payments from your region at this time.

    Hi. I've almost finished setting up my site and have discovered there is a problem when I get to the payment stage. Within my site of I have set up UK as my sole zone and tax zone, my products are all priced including VAT and everything works until the payment option part appears. I only take Visa and Mastercard payments and their images appear as selected. Underneath the images I get the message (in red) we don't take payments from this zone. What have I set up wrong for this to happen? Can anyone explain where I have gone wrong please.

    The Actual statement is
    "Sorry, we are not accepting payments from your region at this time.
    Please contact us for alternate arrangements."
    Sorry for the error

    CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE

    "not accepting payments ..." refers to something in the configuration of your payment modules.
    It is usually because you've configured your payment modules to only work with a specific Payment Zone ,instead of setting it to "--None--" which is the normal default.
    Why have you added a Payment Zone restriction to your payment module settings?

    Also, you haven't stated which payment modules you're using.

    Having chosen to post to an existing thread with the below provided information, it would be of benefit to address that information in addition to addressing the items of the posting tips. Yes, the payment module was identified; however, the zone aspect is not.
