    cart error The ‘success page’ is not showing after payment, with dps_pxaccess module

    MY PROBLEM IN A NUTSHELL
    We moved servers and everything is working fine, EXCEPT the ‘success page’ is not showing after someone completes a payment. Domain name = http://www.bronz.co.nz/index.php
    - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
    The ‘Return URL’ works fine, as in the customer gets the order confirmation and we get the ‘copy’ of the order. BUT after they make the payment it goes to a blank page … http://www.bronz.co.nz/index.php?mai...244768171c2194 (etc etc etc LOADS of numbers and letters follow this)

    Our IT guy has let us down and we need to solve this problem urgently (We will be redesigning and updating early next year)

    are there any debug logs? i'm not sure when they were made part of the ZC base and whether 1.39 included them.

    if you have no ZC debug logs, you would need to contact your host for access to the php error logs for your domain.

    I'm pretty sure that basic logging to the /cache folder (it changed to /logs in ZC1.5.1) was introduced in the ZC1.3.9 timeframe.

    Thanks for your replies. There's nothing showing in the De Bugs at all. (That does appear to be working though, as there were a reports coming prior to us linking the database correctly). FYI - We do have access to everything.
