Update Address Book Entry

I upgraded Zen Cart for a client from version 1.3.8 to 1.5.5
Now if I login using existing customer username/password I get this error

Sorry, but we no longer accept billing or shipping addresses in "". Please update this address to continue.

How Do I fix this?

Is this happening on all customers or just one?

Zen Cart 1.5.2 pulled in changes introduced by the Selectable Countries plugin, enabling a store to disable countries that it doesn't support and adding a field to the countries table in the Zen Cart database.

Did the store's 1.3.8 implementation delete some countries?
