Request: delivery time module

I was worried this task was going to be dead because of the problems encountered, and nobody else jumping into the thread. I am very happy at the news of progress.

Not wanting to be too much of a bug, but has there been any progress with this module? My workaround keeps failing me and it would be excellent to havea proper module for this feature. :-)
