I've searched around and can not find a good solution for this issue. I installed the Jrox affiliate script and followed the instructions. I added the checkout_success folder which contains the tpl_footer.php file.

I created a affiliate account to run some test with and everything works as far as tracking clicks, but it does not track the commissions.

I contacted Jrox support 3 days ago and have not had a response. It's a shame because I really like this script and was hoping to use it.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Also, I have tried using both paypal and stripe. Not sure if that should matter.
