I need to set up a coupon code to use at checkout that would give the customer one free pillow when they purchase anything else. There are three pillows to choose from and I set up a coupon restricted to pillows with a discount of 100%. Problem is, if they order more than one pillow, it is making them all free. How can I make it limited to one free pillow?

That's not within the realm of built-in "coupon" processing. You might give a look at the offerings provides by swguy that provide a "free gift".
