Website doesn't seem to be talking to my FTP after upgrading

Hi, we recently upgraded to latest zencart, seemed to be working fine on test site, uploaded it live but have discovered that when adding items now, the image is not showing up on the ftp program, and even if I manually add the image, it is still not showing up..

i would check the permissions on the uploaded image file.

its possible the default permissions when adding a file to your image directory are not sufficient to display it on the web.

you web hosting company "may" be able to help you.
