Server said problem is missing xml-rpc.php file. But I couldn't find xml-rpc.php file to inside zen-cart.

If you didn't originally add that file from some plugin, then would also suggest reviewing the actions associated with being hacked as can be found from the main forums page.

Also suggest upgrading to ZC 1.5.5(current sub-version is d)

Did you previously have the UPS XML shipping method installed? Is that shipping method enabled? I'm pretty sure that it's the distributor of the xml-rpc.php file.

That doesn't explain why the file has mysteriously "gone missing", but it's a pointer.

this is most likely a server configuration issue, and not per se related to ZC.

if you can get to a phpinfo page on your server (either via the admin -> server info, else you will need to create one), you can see a few references to xmlrpc.

it is possible the errors are turned on, and if you turn them off, it may resolve itself. see:
