FedEx Smartpost error BEA-382000: java.lang.NullPointerException

Getting error when transmitting test to FedEx, using FedEx SmartPost Shipping Module - Version: 1.2.8

I am new to this. Site is hosted on Siteground

It could be doing that because you've not entered your account credentials for the module, and it's throwing errors because it can't get any data.
Or maybe some other data that's being submitted is empty when it shouldn't be.

I'm guessing this is a Numinix module? Contact them.

Yes it is Numinix. I believe you are correct. I am not sure which lines to edit in fedexsmartpost.php with FedEx supplied credentials. Any suggestions are appreciated.

I was referring to settings for that module inside your Zen Cart admin area.
Login to your store Admin. Click on Modules->Shipping, then your module, then edit, to put in your account info etc .... or whatever this module needs/offers. I dunno what it specifically offers; I'm just saying that's where I would expect all the settings to be handled.
