How to set up % of each sale to a partner website

I have looked everywhere for an answer but not sure what this would be called so I'm hoping I can get some help on this. I currently sell medical pouches dazzlingpumppouches and I contacted a person who is a mod on a big Facebook group and they just put up a new resource website. The deal is they would put a link to my website on theirs and for every sale I would give a portion of the sale to them, maybe 5 or 10 percent?? I haven't given a number yet as I'm new to this. there would be a special code also to put in upon checkout if the person buys anything from the link from their website. not sure if I will give a discount if I'm already giving a commission. Is there anything in Admin that I can set up or a certain plug in for the other site to get a portion of payment or is this something I have to do another way such as manually keeping track of and paying them every so often. Thanks

One way to do that is to buy and install iDevAffiliate (See the Services tab at the top of this page, then choose Business Services), start yourself an Affiliate program.
Then anyone who sends people to your site by having people click on a special tracking link can be paid a commission on any sales those referred clicks make on your store. You can send them payment monthly or however often you wish.

I have been using JROX JAM for many years. It's exceptionally good and operates as a true, fully-featured affiliates programme.

It's configured for many OS carts, including zencart.
