I will point out that I am using a "sand box" copy of ZC. We have renamed it on our server to ZB so that we can test such things and not mess up our live versions or have something to come back to.

Yes, I am loading these files to the appropriate location..the only exception is that it is ZB like below.

In your URL, change it to ZB and log in that way and see what I am seeing.

The setting 0:0.2 shows that you are adding 3.2 ounces to Small/Medium packages and even more to your Large packages ...

But it appears that you only have First Class turned on ... and that can only work for 13 ounces or 0.8125 lbs ...

Check to see what your settings are in the USPS shipping module and which shipping methods are checked for both Domestic and International shipping ...
