USPS returns no value if weight is between .82 - .98

Sometimes it is difficult to know where to find the details. I've just been through the drill recently which is how I knew where to find the USPS doc. The USPS is known to hide small variants or bury them very deep within their docs.

I didn't see in the logfile attached earlier if the OP was set to Retail or Commercial. That would change things significantly if set to Retail.

Whether set now or permitted by "previous" delivery/pickup, it seems that the commercial way is what is needed for the software to return results previously experienced by going to the post office.

When I had a moment I was able to find the discussed information as provided/accessible by usps and it was "obvious" that 13 Oz was the limit for retail with the commercial equivalent "lost" in the data, but did offer a broader range of options.
