Changing the color of the mouse overs and text to a different shade blue

Hi! I am trying to find the right stylesheet or other coding to change the color of the mouse overs on the boxes directly under the slider, and also the text that has that same bright blue color. I would like to make it a darker shade to match the logo. I appreciate any help! Thanks!!

If you are actually using 1.3.8, you need to upgrade! There are too many vulnerabilities and deprecated code. And... It's ancient (from 2007).
