The sql to do the database upgrade from 1.5.4 to 1.5.5 is located in the zc_install directory; however, have you performed the actions of the referenced FAQ (http://www.zen-cart.com/content.php?...admin-password) and attempted to perform the upgrade using those new credentials?

problem is resolved now.
I installed upgrade db patch (mysql_upgrade_zencart_155.sql) directly in Zencart admin.
In Italian Zencart version lacks "updates" folder in zc_install / sql.!!!!

Probably best to contact them for support with their version, since apparently they've broken something in it.
