    Default Responsive Header Problem

I can't get my response of header to be the same on an iPad from portrait profile to landscape profile. Just can't seem to get my head around it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. My Zen cart is right up-to-date and I've attached the code for the header.

    hi,
prior to doing any layout issues, you should ensure that your html validates. if you look here:

    https://validator.w3.org/nu/?doc=htt...a%2Fcatalog%2F

you will see a lot of errors. most of them are of the minor kind, but if you scroll to the bottom, you will see an unclosed div element which needs to be closed prior to seeing the end body tag.

in addition, it seems like you have some table elements. table elements do not perform well in responsive design. you should consider replacing them with div elements.

finally, i would encourage you top re-examine your OP and what you are looking for. you want 2 different viewports to look exactly the same. i think the whole idea of responsive design is to get the design to look as good as possible on the viewport that the user has. perhaps after looking at that you come to same conclusion, perhaps not....

and one last thing, i think your problem is "probably" in the css.... as opposed to the code. although the code would need to change to get the html to validate.

to summarize, get the page to validate, and then be specific about how you want each viewport to look.

    good luck.
