Default File Upload - Want users to be able to select Multiple Files

    We are using the

    File Upload Required Module
    https://www.zen-cart.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=1133

It works great, but if the qty ordered is more than one, we need more than one file to be uploaded, how can we set it so the user can
select and upload multiple files during the file browse.

Default Re: File Upload - Want users to be able to select Multiple Files

    Can't be done presently.

Technically speaking, just adding "multiple" to the HTML field that allows file-selection will allow multiples to be selected. But then the store has to know to expect multiples and know how to process them. Which Zen Cart doesn't do right now, at least not out-of-the-box.
It would require additional alterations to the shopping-cart class, and the upload class, to know what to do. And then potentially also some database changes to allow storing more than one.

One workaround is to set multiple File attributes on the product, and people can choose separate files for each attribute. The selection process is slightly more cumbersome, since they have to do them one-at-a-time, but that will certainly give you the desired end result.
