I just installed a new version of 1.55d. I can access the store from Google.com. But I wanted to check my screen resolution/template compatibility. When I enter my webstore directory name in http://www.ritalie.com/store at browsershots.com or quicktools.com/screenfly, I get the following message, and a blank screen. I'm worried that this is affecting people being able to see my site:

Error message: "The server at ritalie.com sent a HTTP redirect. Your web address has been updated. Please try again."

I wonder what causes this message?

I can view your site without any issues

I am no expert when it comes to redirects etc but when I tried using my site at browsershots . com I had the same error. I then entered it as customers see it in the address bar (site name/pets) and it worked perfectly.

I believe (remember I am not an expert) it is because your website is http://www . ritalie . com and in your control panel/file setup you have added a redirect to http://www. ritalie . com / store.
