Sub-Categories ALWAYS show?

Looking for Sub Categories to ALWAYS show on the left box, not just when you click on top cat. I see old posts .... is there this option already in admin and I just haven't found it or can only be done with plugin?

Hi - try the plugin 'Categories Dressing' - search for it in Plugins :)
