Change Customer names in Reviews?

Hello guys,

One of my customers advised me to remove the full name form the Reviews section and use only the first name when they are leaving Reviews. Or to give them choose what they prefer. Is there such kind of option to do that and if not, how can I change the code in order to do that posible?

You could refer to the handling provided by the Reviews Updated plugin; it provides that functionality.
