Product Memo only visible for admin?

is there a way to add a memo to my products which is only visible to me and not to my customers?

To what extent is the memo to be used? Are you just wanting something to sit in the database and not be printed, emailed, or otherwise available except for logging into the admin area and navigating to the specific product? Or perhaps want to have some "post-it" note related to the product? Or do you want purchase emails to show the admin something that was not present for the customer?

Guess all summarized to, please describe further how you intend to use the "admin only" memo field.

Admin Notes Advanced is probably what you want.

I seem to remember spending a lot of time working on it before I was satisfied to add it to my shop, so as always with all so-called "plugins", caveat emptor.
