Uncaught TypeError: $ (...). EasySlider is not a function

Hi, I have a problem with a zen-cart site that need to do change the home page, something broke and I could not recover it, I made backup from two days before requiring hosting. No changes were made or publications these days, but then found jquery-1.4.4.min.js found that file on the Internet, put it but now gives me an error:

Uncaught TypeError: $ (...). EasySlider is not a function

Keep in mind that in most cases of "restoring" files, that the process does not remove files that had been added since the backup was made. There could be something still loaded that was not present before.

Your version of jQuery is really quite old. Suggest downloading a newer version from the source.

jQuery 1.12.1 and jQuery Migrate 1.4.1

Always use jQuery Migrate 1.4.1 with any 1.x version of jQuery. It helps in so many ways.

If v1.12.1 doesn't make things work for you then downgrade to next sub-version: 1.11.x and keep doing so until all your jQuery scripts work.
