With Zen Cart v1.5.5 you don't need the old paypalwpp_v84.php from a plugin built for older ZC versions.

Thank you so much for your help. I could not get the "edit" to open up so I just went ahead and rebuilt the site... ensuring that the php version was updated. All looks well now. I was able to edit the paypal. Yeah! again, thank you!
