Simple way to export orders for a specific period?

Is there a "simple" way to export the list of orders in a specific time period without the need of a plugin?

I have a promotion in the store where all the purchases are compiled for each customer and they get a discount coupon based on the total they spent in the specific period. Typically, in the past, i would go through the orders, one by one, manually, and put them in a spreadsheet, but i am wondering if there is a simpler way. I tried to copy and paste the list of orders but that does not paste very well, or at least not in a way to allow sorting the orders. Do you have any other suggestion? or should i go manually again this year?

(i am still using ZC 1.5.0)

There. Is an order export module. I do not know what it exactly does, as I never used it , but maybe it's a start.

It is found here: https://www.zen-cart.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=560 but has not been updated for 5 years, listed as compatible for ZC 1.5.0

Or maybe this one Database I/O Manager (DbIo) , it's more modern, and can im/export other data as well.
