Want to develop help desk plugin for Zen Cart which will be connected to Re:desk help desk support system. The major features will be:

1) Deep e-commerce integration to Zen Cart software
2) Ticket order details and customer recent orders section with detailed order information
3) The same login access as in Zen Cart store account, so all your customer will be able to log in to your help desk with the same login access details
4) Special Contact form which will have departments field. All messages will be directly send to your help desk system.
5) Help desk will "gather" Email messages, Twitter and Facebook comments and mentions and place all them as a tickets in one pace.
