PayPal purchases are timing out with the following error:Started on Sunday evening, which coincidentally is the day our SSL expired. We got a new SSL (I'm not sure it "renewed", I think we got issued a new one for some reason, probably my lack of knowledge on how to do it.) The site is up and running fine with a green padlock so I'm not sure if that's the problem or not, but it seems pretty likely. Any help would be greatly appreciated.ALERT: PayPal Express Checkout Error ()
- (7) Failed to connect to api-3t.paypal.com port 443: Connection timed out

Connection timeouts are something your hosting company will have to sort out.
