if you changed nothing, and it was working, it is indicative of a problem with the UPS website. i would investigate outages over there. which is certainly not unheard of...

one change on an inventory program was mad by my programmer but should not have had any effect on this. I am posting on here to see if anyone else is having the same problem, can anyone confirm their USPS mod is working properly and giving shipping rates?

It's working for our site and the API downtime checker I use doesn't show any problems recently other than a short instance of slow response time.

I just tested it again, and it seems to be going in and out of working. =( I confirmed with my developer that none of the changes affected the usps at all. Is anyone else having my same problem?

Last night I received an order where the customer didn't pay for shipping. I tried to replicate the order but the shipping was automatically selected and showed during all stages of check out. I don't understand how the customer was able to check out with out paying for the shipping charges. The invoice shows 0.00 in the shipping field. During my test orders usps showed all the proper shipping quotes.

Mine stopped giving quotes, customers can't order. Has been going on for at least an hour.
