    Default HTML banners are broken

My HTML banners do not show. The ZenCart ones do.

An example of one from linkconnector that used to work.

    <a href="http://www.linkconnector.com/ta.php?lc=041479071437005500&lcpt=0&lcpf=0" ><img src="http://www.linkconnector.com/traffic_record.php?lc=041479071437005500" border="0" alt="The only drone built for Action Sports"></a>

They all used to work way back when. Has there been a change in the banner system that I missed?

I don't recall any significant changes to the banner infrastructure. But I'm not sure what you're referring to by "way back when" either.

Did this particular banner "suddenly stop working"? Or did you recently edit it, and *then* it stopped working?

I hadn't had it up for over a year or more. But the banners were working fine then. I did a fresh install before verifying or backing up anything but the sql base.

My assumption is the update did something, either i goofed or the latest greatest doesn't like those banners.

I am going to try and see if I can get an old archive up and check.

The archive is no better. I was also on Mac OSX Snow Leopard server then. I have since upgraded to Sierra. I may have to fire up snow leopard again to check.

I tested your banner code in my test install and it worked fine, in firefox. It did not display on chrome but I quickly discovered why, there was a display:none; style being inlined with it by the adblock plugin I have installed.
