Easy Populate - 403 Access to this resource on the server is denied

I have updated to Zencart v1.5.5e from 1.5.1

I installed Easy Populate which I procured from this web site (EasyPopulate-4.master-ZC)

I followed the install directions but when I go to my admin page -->Tools ---> Easy Populate 4

I receive the following "403 Access to this resource on the server is denied!"

I do have admin access to the site but I'm not sure if I need to change a permission or if this is something that the host has disabled, i'm not sure if the previous posting of this problem has the same relevance

Suggest reviewing logs that are available on the issue, likely server logs to identify what about accessing the file might be causing the issue.

the permissions and/or user on the uploaded script are not correct.

using your ftp client you should be able to see the user who owns the file as well as the permissions. the simplest solution would be to change it to match the other files in that directory.

if that is too confusing, i'm sure your host could probably help to get them correct.
