Connection Problems

Hi,

So before I talk to my hosting company, does anyone know why I would be getting this popup?

I never got it before, but I think (not 100% sure) that then when I made changes due to something X-Cart wanted me to do b/c their cart wasn't working, that's when it started.

This is what they wanted, "please ask your hosting team to disable Suhosin Extension"

Have you yet upgraded your copy of keep alive timer?

The particular message described in the image (ie. Not legible by anyone who happens to be blind but states:

We are unable to connect to the server. Your work may be lost. Please review your work and perhaps copy information to your clipboard if you had any work in progress which you do not wish to lose.

The only time a request like that is made, or a request for disabling other security measures, is because of incorrect (lazy?) coding. You are better off to avoid using anything that needs weaker site security.
