UPS XML: Support Thread

Everything looks correct for English/American etc in the shipping method and in the cart. Assuming they set up their account properly at UPS?

"This measurement system is not valid for the selected country or territory."

That's apparently a message coming back from UPS (it's not in the upsxml language file). It "sounds like" the either the Unit Weight or Unit Length settings aren't valid for whatever the "selected country" is (e.g. KGS or CM, respectively, when the country is the US).

yup but lbs and inches are selected in the module

Right, that's the UPSXML debug ... but are there any PHP-related errors (like notices) logged?

What's the store's defined country and to which country are you attempting to ship?

Edit: Also, that upsxml log surely had a request portion as well; it would help immensely to know what that was.

no php errors to my knowledge. None show in the logs folder. Shipping Maryland to Maine.

How about posting the request portion of that upsxml log?

thanks for your patience! When I was stripping that, I saw they had put in MD instead of US. Gads! So now fixed!
