CSS problems with navEZPagesTop

Hi,

Here is a link to my staging site:

At the top of the page, just below the logo, is a blue bar that contains EZpages, Privacy Notice, etc (to the left) and the Search form (to the right).

I'd like to control the entire bar as such:
1. Set the height of the blue bar.
2. Have EZpage links auto center vertically (margin-top: auto; margin-bottom: auto;).
3. Then have the Search input and button automatically pick up it's height from #1 above (say, height 90% or something).

Right now, the height of the blue bar is controlled by padding "#navEZPagesTop li a" and the search height is completely disconnected. Is there a simple way to connect them all?

FYI, this is a fresh install of zc155e. The template is a clone of Responsive Classic, plus the Responsive Color Changes mod.

For 1 and 3, it's line 141 and line 142 of stylesheet.css

Add height:###px; to 141 and change text-align:left to center on line 142.
