I am planning to do a 20% Off site wide sale. What is the best way to do all the products at the same time instead individually?
I know on "Specials" in the admin you have to do one by one that will take forever since I have over 1,000 products.

You can use the salemaker
Admin => Catalog => SalemakerZen cart installation / maintenance / customisation / hosting
Supported Modules: Dutch language pack, Multi site, Dynamic Price Updater and more.
