I would like to edit the Welcome email that is sent once a visitor creates an account OR make a first purchase.

I realize that the email_template_welcome.php is far from a html kind of template!

Where are those div class content residing so I can edit them (if I can)?

Also, is there a way to resend that particular welcome email to myself to test without having to create a new account each time?
